Michaeli Avihai- Introduction

Michaeli (Avi) Avihai is a strategic M&A advisor and Investment Banker.

Between 2023 and Mid-2025, he served as a Partner at PwC in Tel Aviv, managing the Corporate Finance Department.

Before that, he had served as an Investment Banker for over a decade, involved in numerous deals.

Avihai has vast experience from both sides of the M&A deal.

Representing either the seller or the buyer

Avihai is also a well-known figure in the M&A segment, and he frequently receives interviews on cross-border M&A deals that involve either Israeli buyers or Sellers.
